www.kiltrental.com in Colorado rents kilts and Argyll jackets. Another member mentioned renting from them for his wedding (http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/w...x.html?t=55799).

My cousin rented kilts for his groomsmen from the Highland Fling Shop in Lake Orion, MI. It is just north of Detriot.

thanks all. i appreciate the thoughts. i was also thinking of the british shop as i do piping business with them, but i think i may just wind up going with kiltrentalusa.com. a little pricier, but for what i'm after look wise the british shop would be a hair under that....ie buying black shirts, black hose etc. has anyone dealt with kiltrentalusa.com before? i guess their full name is kilt rental & Claymore Imports. now comes the important questions....where do i get a tweed argyle jacket that is black? and should i get a new evening wear sporran .... in black?
