from Rogers Park on the north side of Chicago. I've had good luck with Stillwater Kilts. They are not expensive and Jerry is very good about exchanging items that don't fit. Shipping time to Chicago is usually a couple of days.

On another note, you should consider signing up for the Chicago Kilted social group (on your profile page in the right hand column is where you can find it). We use that as a mailing list to send out PMs about local events and kilt nights.

Both USK kilts and Still Water Kilts are GREAT to work with. Cant go wrong with either.
