Happy anniversary, Sandy and Mrs Sandy.
That is a most impressive picture of the two of you – you are in good shape, and the missus is wearing a lovely lace skirt. But if I had to choose, I would say that the kilt was smarter (sorry, Mrs Sandy!).
May you have many more years of happiness together.
Regards,
Mike

Thank you!
The sporran is quite old, at least 60 years old I would guess. I do not know who made it; there is no stamp on the sporran. I'm actually quite lucky, in that I have two of these sporrans!

Thanks, that is definitely too bad though. I wonder if something like that could be made custom order by one of the fine sporran makers out there. Something I will be looking into.

Happy anniversary to you both.
Maybe see you later in the year if you can make over to New England in September.

Thank you, everyone, for your extremely kind best wishes. In the words of the hymn, the effect was to "glad my eyes and warm my heart."
