As my Sister-friend used to say, my main habit is biting my nails (insert cymbal crash here!).

Coinneach - I actually had to look up apoplexy in our handy convent dictionary! I'm very happy to hear that this didn't happen to you!! I could never get rid of the MacArthur...it is family!

Jerry, Rocky, Ruanaidh, starbkjrus, Bugbear, piperdbh, Mael Coluim, Frank, Coinneach, vmac3205, Freddie, McClef, BEEDEE, & Jock Scot...it is GREAT to be back in the midst of such kind kilted friends!

Last night I took out a tenor drum for the first time in a very long time and played for one of my dear Sisters...she enjoyed it and I did, too - I'd forgotten how fun it is to play.

Last week, I practiced my pipes for the first time in close to a year...it actually brought tears to my eyes (not only because I am really quite awful at it!) because I remembered how much I loved it, how much I missed it, and what a joy it is to be back at it (wearing the kilt, playing, and enjoying it immensely!).

I'd buy you all your favorite drink (mine is diet Coke), but I've got that whole vow of poverty thing goin' on...so, I'll offer a prayer for all of you and yours.
