It's no better in the US. An 8 year old boy was kicked out of school a while back for pointing his index finger at another boy (while they were playing cowboys and indians!) and shouting "bang, bang." The school determined his weapon was intimidating....
What madness! I must say, stories like this one more than anything just makes me sad by the thought of what mankind has ended up as. Has the world truly become such a horrible and mad place that everyone and everything is to be considered suspect and a place where you can hardly trust yourself anymore?
As I said, it's really just very very sad!
Security might be on to something. According to some Hollywood movies - always an infallible source! - figurines like this come alive at night, or when no one is looking, and create all sorts of mayhem....

And it's always possible that Al Q will learn to shrink and dry its members so that they can be brought on as minatures and then rehydrated back to full size, weapons and all.
