    Thank everybody, for the kind words. I have been at Faire all weekend so I am bit behind on responses...

    The Dragon Horn has a grand total of 36 hours in the carving, fit and finish. That one is a special case, as it was done to really be a showcase of what I can do, and piece to try out some new techniques. Most of the work I have done is not that in-depth, but for my own pride and knowledge, I wanted to know that I COULD.

    Friend of mine made some of those. His artwork wasn't as good as yours BUT - He used to select horns with a pronounced second curve at an angle to the first, if you understand what I'm trying to describe. A horn full of wine could be laid down on the table without spilling any! Sounds like magic but it's true, and VERY useful
