We certainly had a break in the heat for Saturday and wonderful weather for Sunday. I loved it particularly being in all that heavy wool I was in.

What a Great Games!!
I came all the way from Utah with my Pipeband, Wasatch & District Grade 4, And though we didn't win we had a wonderful time.. Weather was nice, tons of Vendors and the people were so nice!! I was so busy competing solo and with my band I totally forgot to go looking for the XMarks kilties.. but Woodland is a games I really hope my band will come to compete at again..

p.s. took 3rd in 3 events in solo piping.. was a great weekend

Congratulations on your competitions! I thoroughly enjoyed watching, and listening, to you guys play.
It was a great weekend, as you pointed out. I guess I would consider these my "home" games, so I am happy to hear you were warmly received. There were quite a few of the Nor Cal Rabble in attendance and would have enjoyed meeting you in person. Hopefully, you and your band will return next year and we can remedy that!!
