That first photo Alex is enough to keep MOR and Jock writing furiously for a week about all that is wrong with that mannequin! 
For the second photo if it helps the gentleman become an enthusiastic and knowledgeable kilt wearer then some real purpose has been served other than to make a buck for those who sold it to him. The desire to make bucks is all too obvious in the top picture.

Thumbs up, of course, to have another person interested in wearing the kilt.
However, I wonder if he might have been better served if his introduction to Highland dress was from a more traditional and/or reputable source.

But I wanted to differentiate him as a customer from those who were making the bucks (or indeed pounds) from him.
