Great pictures, and thanks for posting! I used to have relations in Red Deer, and now have some in Lacombe. I'll be at the Calgary and Canmore games in September, if you're going.

My family lives out in Lacombe! Sadly, I don't think I'll be making the Calgary games. I've put in for vacation time to go visit my husband in October so I've been told I'll be working a lot of weekends leading up to my time off.

Fabulous pictures, some great action shots there.
My father was stationed at Penhold Alberta with the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan from 1941 to 1943 and spent some of his leave time on a farm at Red Deer which was farmed by a family named Scott.
