I wore a Government Tartan AKA Black Watch/Sutherland/Campbell kilt for many years but I don't have any photos... odd when I think of the hundreds of gigs I piped at wearing it.

It's one of my very favourite portraits from The Highlanders Of Scotland. The very panache of wearing red and yellow tartan hose with that kilt! And the amazing sporran, brown-grey hair, with the cantle backing and belt of buff leather. While the jacket could not be more plain, more ordinary.
