Not exactly. While I was doing each half separately, I was not careful enough to match pattern on both halves. So be careful on this important part.

Interesting idea.

I had wanted to take all the fell pleat cut outs from my kilt and piece them together into a waistcoat front. I would have needed a lot of help matching them up, and it might have come out as if the front of the waistcoat were quilt-like, so I never tried.
