There was a vendor on ebay who was selling made to measure cream colored linen kilt cut jacket and waistcoat sets up until about a year ago, for around or a little over $300. I was waiting to save up my pennies to order one, and about a month before I was ready he suddenly stopped listing on ebay. I have remained distraught about missing that opportunity ever since, as I thought that look would be perfect for summer daywear in lieu of the often too hot wool tweed set. Thanks for bringing it back to availability. Unfortunately, the pennies saved for that original intended purchase have found their way into one of my newer kilts, so I guess I will have to start saving them again for this opportunity.

    Jeff,

Our linen kilt jackets will be made to measure. And they will be available in a range of colors.

We don't plan on offering them with a waistcoat - we figured that would help keep the price down, plus the idea is for something to wear in hot weather, so most people would not necessarily want a waistcoat anyway.

However, we could certainly have a matching waistcoat made for you at a additional cost.

Time to save those pennies again!

Well, ok, ok, since a motion has been seconded, I suppose more photos are in order.

Here's one of the sleeve cuffs...

Yes, those are REAL, FUNCTIONAL buttons!

Oh, functional cuff buttons! and I quite like the colour as well! On my screen it's an olive green, is that pretty close to the colour in-person?

What is the purpose of this? I seem to get along just fine without functional buttons and it just seems like it would cost more.
