Panache wears white hose!

White hose have never bothered me, I have to wear them as part of the uniform of the Escort to Colors with the St. Andrews Society of Baltimore. I do like the Deerstalker, always one of my favorites to wear while kilted.

White hose have never bothered me either. Quality hose in any colour are nice and I appreciate the intricate workmanship and details--especially of hand-knit work.

Nice looking hose Jamie. While I am not partial to the standard white hose, those have a richer look to them.

Judging by their address, the Celtic Shoppe looks to be near the old theater.

I'd really curious about the feeling after a day "out and about" with white hose. I fear mine would be a lot less white than they were when I started my day. I'm not keen on white hose (just a personal opinion) but keeping them clean I fear would be an added hassle.

OMG!! What is the world coming to?? The only thing that could be worse would be to wear a rubber chicken sporran with the white (sorry, ecru) hose.

OK. My first pair were white. Only wore them once, did'nt like them so from a thread on here a while back, tried toning them down a bit with a soaking in strong tea. One came out darker than the other. Tried again but could not get them to look the same. So I still have them, un-worn.

These hose definitely work. Thick, snuggly, great pattern. One of these weekends when I'm staying with my lass in Los Altos (which is most weekends) I'll definitely have to pop over to Campbell and check out the Celtic Shoppe.
