New kilt

I ordered the book and hope that I will be able to make kilts as beautiful as this one!!!

You simply can´t go wrong with the book! But getting the hand-stitcheed pleats right needs either an extreme natural talent or much training! But even with my machine-stitched pleats I always do the inner construction by the book - it always is right there so I can have a look!

Admire your grit. I sew, I bleed. Kilt on the floor looks like its laid out for ironing on the floor - Hamish's method. So much better than wrestling with a kilt on the ironing board.
