Sporran too stiff to snap

Thanks that is sort of what I do to mine Riverkilt. I leave them filled and about once a week give it several good twist. I just cant get a hold of my sporran the same way

Thanks BCAC what I will do is just apply it to the inside of the flap. I might even stuff the sporran with something and then use some straps for wrapping a sleeping bag to help form it into the contour.
