    Perhaps it was Charles Tyrwhitt http://www.ctshirts.co.uk/ but any of the Jermyn Street shirtmakers will do you proud. (Thomas Pink, Kisser & Asser (Turnbull & Asser - who I believe equip the Duke of Rothesay), Roderick Charles, and so on....

    There was one "tattersall" shirt in the Christmas 2013 LLBean catalogue IIRC, three color options. I didn't turn down the page corner and submit it to the missus, but it would probably go at least OK with a kilt if you like it.
