Thank you - btw, what does "MOD tartan" mean?

"MOD tartan" was a (possibly erroneous) reference to the Black Watch tartan of the kilt in question, MOD being "Ministry of Defense" since all the Highland regiments have been amalgamated into one with the same tartan etc. My understanding may not be quite right though... but that's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

ahhhh.. ok - that makes sense then. The tartan is actually Campbell Ancient (My grandmother's family is Campbell), so it's a bit brighter than Black Watch - but I'm not sure it comes out that clear in the picture.
