I'm not sure where you are from, but here in the USA, there is an organization called locksoflove that take donated human hair and create wigs that are typically given to children who are undergoing chemo/radiation treatment for various cancers.

Destin , I agree whole heartedly . Donate the hair for " locksoflove " ( cancer patients ) if so desired .
No offense to anyone , but making a sporran with human hair seems a bit odd . ???
