    I like it. I like the three button pattern. If you think it a bit much, could you try a solid waistcoat? It might depend upon the occasion if you go bright and beautiful or more subdued. Wear it often in good health and happiness.

    I agree with OC Richard, it looks very fine to me. I like the way your tailor has aligned the pattern perfectly with the jacket and the waistcoat. Whilst I don't own one myself, I think the 3 button jacket has a very MacLeay look to it that I rather like. The only thing that I would have done, were it my choice to make, would be to add lapels to the waistcoat. Overall, it looks quite Highland to me.
