Thanks for the heads up. The wisdom of the rabble has saved me a fair deal of money on more than a few occasions.

Perhaps we need to start a list, available to our members, of vendors that fall into this category???

And perhaps an "Honor Roll" of quality vendors, to balance the negative "Hall of Shame" with something positive?

A major start on the "Honor Roll" of quality vendors may be found at the top, right side and bottom of the screen when viewing XMarks. You may rely on any of the XMarks Partners and Advertisers.

That would be difficult to compile and keep current, because there are dozens if not hundreds of these firms in Sialkot alone, with new ones popping up all the time.
I get junk emails from these places regularly. Easy to spot, because they always offer, along with kilts and bagpipes, embroidery (especially Drum Major baldrics) and oftentimes bugles and sometimes other band instruments. This is inevitably accompanied by quirky oldfashioned English ("your esteemed goodselves") and photos lifted from Scottish and North American firms.
Why, just Googling 'bagpipes kilts embroidery bugles' got all sorts of things like
