Third suggestion: don't do frames! They're straight from the Devil! I think what Jimmy means is to put the list of links on the left side, but don't use frames to do this. Use tables in the webpage for layout structure, and you won't have problems like you will with frames.
Rufus you sure do know a lot about web design not to be a designer!
I would also suggest using PHP includes for your navigation. That way you only have to change one file for the whole site to change.
