Sorry Phil, it's me being incredibly inept again but I cannot get to see your clips.

The Real Player screen window appears when I click on your links, but then ..... nothing. Nothing at all. What do I do to activate the thing? I have clicked on just about everything I can see, to no avail.

It's not that I haven't used this window before. I have a collection of 30 second clips of my own, taken with my digital camera!

    Any (polite) suggestions?

try to open it in windows media player.
I have XP pro, and when I click on it it asks me if I want to play it in the browser, in a tiny window.
click on "stillwater one click here ".
and I would not dream of giving you anything but a polite answer

Got 'em! Thanks to Phil and Bcmtnbka.

Nice clips Phil. I'll have to try to post some of mine (err, on second thoughts.............! )

I too have Windows XP Pro, but it's always Real Player that comes up automatically in preference to Windows Media Player (and several other players that appear to be loaded).
