Sadness!
I knew I should have freed up time to log in yesterday! I didn't even know it was Saint David's day!

This is very cool! I'm Welsh but don't know much about the culture or traditions. Thanks much for the lessons.

Happy St David's Day ... we are going on a parade around the city centre today, so will take lots of pics and post asap. Should be meeting up with Trefor (Mclef) as well for a bevy or two.

Hi Derek,
Here's wishing you, Elaine, and Welsh men and women everywhere - A Very Happy St. David's Day.
I have a meeting over at Petworth House (National Trust) this afternoon and I will be wearing my Brithwe Dewi Sant kilt.
Have a great time in the city centre and enjoy your time with Trefor (but please do not ask him where he eventually found that Daffodil !!)

My Mom says we've a bit of Welch in us. I've looked and haven't found it. It must be in here somewhere. Well, I'll go on faith and be a happy, blessed Welchman!
Ah ten HUT
Kilt.... ON
Go, have fun, don't work at, make it fun! Kilt them, for they know not, what they wear. Where am I now?

Well sufficient to say that I found it in a drawer and wore it in my glengarry!
It was a great parade and somehow I ended up volunteering to carry one of the large St David's Cross flags. Piccies in due course!
