    Ditto.

However, I have my own pair of black hose and I've come to just hate 'em. Wish I'd bought cream or oatmeal.

Hey Darrell, you're addicted for sure. Whatever you do don't go to the Utilikilts website

I have a Black Stuart SportKilt too, my third SportKilt but the first with the belt loops and sewn down pleats. I'm about the same size. Have a couple pics on the bottom of page 5 of my gallery with nearly the same outfit on. Works for me.

Have also worn it with red soccer sox but don't think I have any pics. That was for game day at the local high school who's colors are red and black. The red soccer sox are pretty wild, sort of overpower the kilt.

Now that SportKilts are available with pleats they do seem to be a good bargain...a fast way to build a kilt collection.

Part of the reason I'm a kilt junkie is that I like having different looks from day to day and mixing and matching what I do have so the folks that see me at work don't get used to the same outfit.

    Ron,

Really enjoyed your album. Very nice collection of kilts. Looks like we are about the same size. I like the Sportkilts because of the light weight. Our summers here in mid-Missouri are very hot and humid. Plus the sweat glands in my legs no longer work due to nerve damage. I have been looking at the Utilikilt site. Have had my eye on a Mocker for some time now.

Amazing how the kilt can make us big guys look slimmer. I slipped on a pair of jeans this evening just to make a side view comparison as compared to the kilt. What a shocker! I looked neat and reasonably trim in the kilt, but the jeans looked horrible, not to mention uncomfortable. I quickly removed them and returned to the kilt. The hook has been anchored, and I've been (gladly) drawn in.

I'm currently jonesing for my sporran. It's due Nov. 30.
