Wow! While looking at the low waisted kilt, I thought the air conditioner man had come by for an unscheduled repair. I probably shouldn't ask, but what do the handcuffs have to do with kilts?

I never saw no handcuffs, they were actually wrist bands. You should've been more adventurous and clicked to find out.
Like the kilts though, should've been worn higher on the bod, oh and a shirt wouldn't have gone amiss.
Like the punk look minus the chains.Probably would fit those goth followers.

I asked myself the same thing. But when I clicked on the link the items they are selling aren't really handcuffs as we Americans know them. Instead they are selling wide leather bracelets and calling them handcuffs.

I showed the page to the kid next door (he is gothy-punk) his reaction was Cool.
You will notice in the belt section they are wearing them higher, not plumber style.

Even I with my open mind about kilt styles and all (Kilt 2 and other modern kilts) would not be seen wearing most of these. It might be the whole but crack showing deal, but still...no thanks.

Oh, I see the cuffs in the accessories are not the sort police use. One of the pics for the "combat grey" looks like american handcuffs but maybe they're for keys or something. They wear most of these a little long for my taste.

I think they're only long in the sense that the models wear them so low on their waist. If they were to pull the kilts up to where they were sitting on or above the hips instead of wrapping around the hips (or lower) I think they would hang normally.
