Kathy and I will be there, we are going to leave Harrisburg at 4 so should make it to your shop by 6:30 pm, can you get us directions from your shop to the restaurant incase we run a little late?

Keith. It's EASY from the TP. Get off at Norristown and pay your toll. Take the "Germantown Pike East" fork and follow that for about 5 minutes. Brittingham's Irish Pub is on the right hand side, just before the WHOLE ROAD curves to the left. If the lot is full, you can park in the back of the Firehouse across the street.

Also it's right next to the General Lafayette. If you see the welcome to Philadelphia sign you have gone too far but you will have passed Joe Fraziers house.

Well I've decided to brave the elements and ride my motorcycle down. It's cheaper on fuel and there are some neat roads to drive on. So Rockey if you know of a motel nearby where I can cab it to the event (I don't drink and drive) That would be neat.
The reason for ridin' the bike is I just don't get to ride it much, what with games every weekend and sewing to the wee hours at night I just want the freedom of the bike and I will forgo the freedom of the kilt for a few hours. ( more like 9-10 hours one way) Fair trade in my mind.
Don't worry Kelly I've got the chocolates figured out....

Thanks kindly. The cheapest is Motel 6 but it's 10 miles away so with cab fare back and forth I would be better at the others and I could do a half hour walk if I had to or a cab ride of 3 miles.
Given that I'm riding the bike I can splurge on a decent hotel room....Now if I sold a kilt while I'm down there it would almost pay for the trip.... might be tough what with the unveiling of Freedoms xmarks kilt we'll all be knackered...LOL But just think of a buttery soft bronze leather kilt...no pressing no wrinkles.....I can but dream...
