I sent him a few more emails with no responce, so I called my card company and canceled the charge. Add one more to the list of never do buisness with.
Clansman wasn't at Richmond, for the first time this past October either.Maybe Ralph has finally ripped off enough people that he has been forced out of business. One can only hope.

I wish I had found this thread earlier. Unfortuantely, they are still in business.
I ordered a few things from this store, mostly because they were on sale and they had what looked like good prices. Anyway, the items did show up later in the month.
Unfortunately, They short shipped me on a tie and sent me two scarves in the wrong tartan. Any attempts to contact them have resulted in failure. I am returning the incorrect scarves and hope he sends the missing tie, or at least refunds me for it.
I plan on shipping this UPS since they will include delivery confirmation and insure the package.
I also charged this through American Express, and they will receive a dispute on the charge.
OK, I just had a whiny call from Ralph Weir about my chargeback from Amex and complaint to BBB. Both of which he blew off, not to mention his e-mails from me.
Anyway, he was blaming all this on the distributor instead of that he refused to deal with anyone.
So, I just left a message on the BBB website saying that I talked with owner and he said fault was with the distributor.
