I am looking for a cheaper yet still good quality kilt. I am please with my Sport Kilt, I'm actually wearing it right now, but would like to up grade for daily wear and put this one on reserve in my hiking gear. I tried to get a kilt off of Heritage of Scotland once but after two weeks I had heard nothing about the item from them, order status, etc., I canceled the order and went with the Sport Kilt. I would like my next kilt to be one I can wear more formally if I want to. Price is kind of an issue since I am a college student. I freelance for the school newspaper but only get $10 a photo, so if I am lucky in a week I will make $40 or $50. Most of my other money goes into rent. Any ideas on an online shop? Or, in a few months I will be making a trip to Franklin, NC and if there is a store there which sells kilts I would appreciate knowing about it.
