Very rarely. Although sometimes I will cook the family a real country breakfast. None of that foo-foo country breakfast, I mean a real Southern style country breakfast. Just like Grandma used to.

I have been getting out of the habit of eating breakfast. Instead I eat an early lunch that sees me through the day. I don't eat much else than that. When I do go out later in the evening for dinner, I may eat a few bites of my meal. No matter how I try, I am not an evening eater.

Every day. Usually a bowl of oatmeal, a small glass of OJ and a large glass of water. Really works, it definitely affects my mood and energy level.

Is that pic of a frokost or is it frae Ferintosh?

Being diabetic I am supposed to eat breakfast but it usually takes a couple of hours before I feel hungry enough and then it's porage or cereal or toast.

Whenever I am away at a hotel etc, however, I suddenly seem able to eat the full thing! Maybe it's because I have paid for it or because I don't have to do the cooking I don't know!

I am looking forward to some good Scottish breakfasts later this week!

I usually don't get hungry till around lunch time. I like omelettes, with salsa and jalapenos and cheese and ham.

While I like full breakfast with anything from omlettes to biscuits and gravy and sausage to grits to pancakes or waffles, weekdays I have a big bowl of steel cut Irish oats with blueberries.
