    Mike,
When I was in Vancouver last Friday I had a chance to visit West Coast Kilts in the basement shop. I got to look at and drool all over your kilt before you did.
And I didn't even tell you. Na-Na-nana-Na. I'm so mean.
It is a very nice kilt. You wear it well, now that someone else got you to wear your kilt at High Rise.
    Happy Birthday!!!!!!!!!

Very very nice. I like. Are those knots embroidered on your shirt? Was that a custom job or stock? I other words where can I get one?

Yes Dee, the entire shirt was custom made. It is the Hagrid model from Freedom Kilts. It is a cotton/hemp blend that feels and washes great. Check out the Freedom Kilts forum for more pics. Though not the first shirt they made, it is the first shirt made for an XMarker.

wow Mikey awesome kilt! in fact the whole ensemble is smashing!

tell me a bit about the top waistband. The black color is very unique. It sorta reminds me of those green waistbands you see on military kilts.
Will it make the kilt hard to wear with colored shirt? it blends right in the FK shirt. I'm very curious.
