    Howdy! I am new to kilts as well, but am inspired by the kilted brothers (and sisters) on this board. It seems like a kilt can be worn by anyone, anywhere, anytime.

    Welcome from south central PA. If you search a little on this board you should be able to find out how to make a kilt out of just about any material and in just about any style. Though I am a little concerned about the suggestion for a cat based sporran.
