Over 350 bagpipers on Red square in Moscow

Hi everyone, I'm from Saint-Petersburg Russia - my friends and I were fascinated with the Pipes and Drums taking part in the Zorya! It was wonderful! Exactly what I personally wanted to see sooooo much! )))

2RUSTY don't worry - people just LOVED pipes and drums! i've read those comments, and also those on the tv channel 1 forum, and on many other forums )) they say it's been their favourite and most beautiful part of the whole tattoo)

the only thing we cann't understand is - who was the Drum major - 'cause we didn't see that guy before the Edinburgh tattoo is he from the Black Watch? if anyone knows the answer we'd be glad

That video was amazing! I mean sure, the pipes sounded great (who doesn't love a good bagpipe?!?) but I think the really impressive part was the drums. Even the English fife band
sounded great!

I videotaped the closing ceremony of Kremlin Zorya actually, now i'm trying to make it digital ;)

13-16 september in the Moscow was large military festival "Kremlin Zoria"
16 regiment pipebands, over 350 bagpipers from the worldwide in the Moscow:
