Girl friend told me later that her Mom was one of the ones "behind the scenes" supporting me to wear it for the weekend. Kind of makes it alot easier to get the courage up to wear the darn thing when you have the moral support, but if I had known how little most people really care I would have been wearing it all along. Guess I was always afraid of the "knuckle draggers" and didn't want an altercation.
