    You look great, try pulling your kilt up higher on your waist, at belly button height or above, I think that will solve the issue with the length. If you try to hem it, the pleats may not hang correctly.

    Remember, no kilt surgery unless it is absolutely necessary!

    It was a regular sporran which I have modified with a chain and a bronce pin-lock sword, which I have made myself.
