Wow! I'll second that comment about never having seen so many clan tents at a Games!

Great idea to show all the clan tents; I remember someone asking not too long ago about what to display in a clan tent - well, you just posted the textbook!

I loved that t-shirt that says, "Warning! Objects under kilt may be larger than they appear."

Gotta find me one of those!

Looks like the organizers do a great job. Think I'll have to add San Diego to my Highland Games circuit. Lord knows, you could use more Zonies in San Diego in the summertime!

I think there is one tent that needs a like more coverage.

Great work, Jay and all the Brothers from FALLBROOK Lodge with the child ID program.

Also good luck starting the newest chapter of the NEW WORLD CELTS, San Diego.

I have not been to that many other games, but in comparison to the others I have been, our little venue is growing. The organizers are worried that the year after next they will be too large for the present location, and there really isn't anywhere that we can think of, short of some farmer's empty fields.

If you are ever going to be close, I think you would enjoy one or both days of our games.... Next year it just may be a three day event. One of the organizers told me the budget for this game, when all things are counted is $130K...! The things that most don't think about are really expensive = Fencing, security, porta-pottys, entertainment, etc etc etc

great photos... John (Shriner) did you go out West there to help with NWC tent?

I wish you all could see the NWC here in Tampa Bay and Central FL area. They're the most impressive group at the games here.

Yes and No, I went out west to meet and spend some time with my favorite OLD MARINE "Jay"

Which included helping him start a local chapter of the NWC.

Also to put a cherry on top I competed on Saturday in the games.
