Thanks for the 'plug', Tommie but, as Glen has pointed out (thanks also to you, Glen), the sporran in question came from Glasgow, Scotland. My accessories kollection contains, I think, fourteen sporrans just now so it's fairly obvious that I like to cast my favours widely. They all get worn of course but, like all accessories, the occasion or location dictates which is selected.

    Take care,
    Ham.

[PS: I seem to have hi-jacked this thread now, for which I apologise, but I just wanted to show our new-found brother, Skipper1, the TFCK suits.]

Nice looking suits. If I were still in the corporate game I'd purchase several.

I am a fan of corduroy with small or fine wales. I think that might make an attractive kilt suit if corduroy can be used to make a good knife pleated kilt.

I don't even have a traditional kilt yet, so that is all dreaming...

    * On second thought, that probably isn't quite what this thread is about. *

Match the jacket, waistcoat and hose; leave the kilt as tartan; you've got a kilt suit... kind of...

Gents - slightly off topic but I just posted a pic of my granddad and siblings (when he was quite young) in the pics of me gallery. Both Granddad and his older brother are wearing kilt ensembles (looks like an irish style solid colour kilt and vest jacket) that is the style of suit I would like to obtain at some point, though the 21st Century solid grey suits appeal to me.

PS. as my wife would say - great legs Hamish.

I wear a black Argyle jacket with a black heavyweight wool kilt for working in court and the office.
