    Lochaber is Cameron country Probably one of the most disputed areas of Scotland over the centuries..

    There are a couple of pictures here somewhere that I did about the MacDonells of Keppoch,any good? Failing that, what would you like to see? Let me know and I will see what I can do, when I get back next month.

    I am not sure if this is the right place,so please move if needed. If you click on www.1photo1.com there you will see superb shots of Scotland. To get a taste of Lochaber click on:-

    Great Glen & Caledonian Canal. (you will see a large house,now a hotel, that was the home of the MacDonalds of Glengarry).

    Loch Laggan & Glen Spean.( "Lairds of lochaber" take note----"Glen Bogle" fans take note)

    Ben Nevis Area.

    Loch Eil & Loch Sheil.(Bonny Prince Charlie country ---"Harry Potter" country)

    Glencoe Rannoch Moor Blackmount.(not quite Lochaber)

    Thanks Jock scot those are amazing .I wish I knew more about where my grandad was from in lochaber the only thing that really sticks out is my grandma said they went to arournd ben nevis alot.
