Hey lady,

Not sure its right to do this...folks will get hungry and descend on the store before I get there!

But hey, picked up a bunch of Swiss...has that nutty flavor and just melts in your mouth. So different from mass market Swiss cheese.

And I bought a bunch of smoked gouda...love that stuff, and again so flavorful compared to mass market gouda.

And some colby jack....

Most of it sold for about $5 a pound...a great price for cheese and an incredible price for fresh cheese.

Probably should factor in a tank of low priced gasoline but wrote that off to the cost of the scenic therapeutic drive across the Strip.

I don't believe that I've ever had freshly made cheese, it's always been store bought.

At the very least the road trip & scenery seemed to be well worth the trip!
