Tell the redhead there will be burley men in kilts! I have yet to meet a redhead who doesn't like that.

I have good news and bad news. The good news is the wife has green lighted our attendance this Saturday. The bad is that I am on a diet for medical reasons that won't let me touch the haggis. I'm kind of bummed, I've always wanted to try it. But on this diet I'm not allowed beef, lamb, or liver of any kind. Oh well, at least I'll get to see everyone.

Oh, but does the diet prohibit wiskey? If not, then all is good. See you there!

No, the diet doesn't, but the meds I am on do. I'm not really fussed about not being able to drink, but I tell you what, right about now I would kill for a smeggin' cheeseburger. Oh well, it's only another few days on the diet and then I am going over to the Coffee Spot over on Hampden and Chambers for the best patty melt in the metro area.
See y'all tonight.

Smegg? I haven't heard that one since high school!

As I'm 16 and only kilted since christmas, I've never come accross the opportunity to try haggis. I'm sure I'll at least try it, but other wise, what does it taste like?
I should be able to come.

It tastes a lot like meat loaf with oats, and without the catsup. If you get the organ meat free variety, that is. If you get the traditionally made variety, it has a very irony taste from the liver.
It will be good to meet you.

I have not arranged for any haggis so there will not be any unless Pints happen to have added it to the menu. They do however have traditional Bangers which to my mind taste quite similar to the haggis that I got in Estes Park.
Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow night.
