I received a confirmation the next business day. You might try the email address on the website rather than the messaging utility inside the site.; ?

So far I have got nothing bad to say about these guys
(apart from Jonesing, I am pleased at least).
I was given a tracking number and it now says that the kilt was attempted to be delivered. That is 33 days from the time I ordered. As it is, I am out of town (I get money every time I leave town it seems) and will not be able to take delivery until next Tuesday but I would say that is pretty close to a promise completed!

I had specifically ordered my 8yd 13oz HoE Muted MacDonald of Glencoe back in late November in order to have it to wear last Friday the 13th, the 317th anniversary of the Massacre of Glencoe MacDonalds----appropriate kilt for the appropriate date, and let them know that I would like to have recieved it by Feb 5, a week ahead of the anticipated date I needed it. When it had not arrived by 2/5 I emailed them, and within a few hours got a response that it was being shipped by Parcelforce that very day (how convenient). Unfortunately it did not arrive until the evening of the 13th, far too late to wear, and in terribly wrinkled condition needing a serious pressing (steaming didn't do the trick). On top of that they sent it in a "green" shipping sleeve, one filled with padding made from recycled paper products, and the bag was torn through and through causing the whole kilt to be covered in heavy lint that took my wife nearly an hour to get of with a couple lint rollers. Kilt was otherwise fine--- a bit tight but I have put on winter hibernation weight since ordering it.
Never did get an excuse for why it didn't ship in time for me to have it for the 13th, despite ordering it plenty early enough to accommodate it and specifically requesting a receipt date, and even telling them why I wanted it that date.
With their prices up now, I will probably not use them again unless they have a sale on something I really want badly. I would probably use tartanweb instead, becasue of the price differentials, if I even choose to work with them at all again.

I never got an email confirmation of the orders when they were place, but I usually got a notice that my product was ready and being shipped out.

But what would you do if something with your order was wrong, for instance wrong measurements? How could you prove that gave the correct measurements and that they made probably a mistake?

My second kilt from them was ordered with the exact same measurements as my first kilt from them, but did not fit. They were every accommodating and exchanged the kilt for me. I have found their correspondence somewhat lacking, but I always had good customer service from them.
