I am still a little hesitant to strap on the boots. I have the image of a blown out knee in my head. I may give them a shot after Enumclaw. I have about 6 weeks to practice between the Claw and Kelso.

You and me, brother! I'm starting out with one boot, and the other has a regular turf shoe. But we can't use the boots at Enumclaw, so I'm going slow with them so far.

That is what I am gonna try, the one boot. Last night I tried to change my release, and you could tell I was trying. I was focusing on body position and my timing got all jacked. But I was consistent with the heavy at 72 and light at 90. Slightly above average at the end of practice, as compared to regular practices.
