Congrats on the 10-gallon milestone. I was at 5-gallons a number of years ago, when illness prevented me from donating any longer. I now have an idea on what to do with the pin I received. It will look good on my Black Stewart. Looks like you were in good hands there, and single too, you say. The KILT triumphs once again !!

Nice one Ron. Presumably now any style of headdress you choose to don is officially a ten-gallon hat. Great respect to your motivation too.

Let's see, 10 gallons, eight units per gallon, average of three blood products per unit = 240 lives saved or improved! AWESOME!
I spent a couple of years with the American Red Cross Biomedical national headquarters, doing process improvement work. Ron, if you are intersted in nurses or med techs, there are a lot of them that already love you, most of the female

Am I ever interested in nurses!!! Love 'em! And I'm soooo lonely.
Sadly the blood wagon rolls into town from distant Flagstaff...but if you know anyone interested in a fat olde kilted guy with fresh blood....

What a huge deal. Congratulations, Ron.
I'm not sure about Gallons but I have been donating since I turned 17. I donated 23 pints in Scotland and 2 pints here in the U.S. So I am unofficially at 25 pints.
One day I hope to get up to 100 pints.
