Very Nice.. Matt, as usual you look very dapper... Its nice to put faces to the names we see online... and its good to see the community come together, and celebrate the past..

Matt,
I'm sorry I missed your tent at Blairsville. After getting there about 11:00, looking at a couple of vendors and eating lunch, we wandered over to the clan tents. Since I'm a Wallace, I stopped at the Wallace tent (which was one of the 1st tents) and spent some time there, then I just walked past tents to find the Gordon tent where the X Markers were going to meet at 1:00. Spent time there, was in the "Bonnie and Boney knees" contest and I didn't make the circle back around the tents.
We will try to make it down to the Museum yet this summer. Not sure if we'll be back in Pigeon Forge next summer, if we are we'll keep the Taste of Scotland date in mind.
Thanks for posting the photos and replying to my post about missing the event yesterday.

Great photos! I'm hoping to make it to Franklin later in August...you know, when it's not quite as hot.
Congratulations on your award for your years of service!

Matt, Matt, Matt... by far that first photo of you has to be one of my favorites. That could be taken out of a book called How to Dress Properly and Traditionally in a Scottish Manner. Well, there isn't actually such a book, but you get the point. I just love that look, and you pull it off well.

Matt, it was great to finally meet you, and to see Franklin and the Museum. My belated congratulations on your award.
Daniel, I'm sorry I missed meeting you, and Turpin, I'm still wondering how we didn't see each other there.
It was a pleasure meeting and talking with Lamarr. Some of his ideas regarding exotic skins sound very interesting. And the stingray sporran - pictures don't do it justice.
I will upload my pictures as soon as I can get my service to cooperate. Unfortunatley, there won't be any of me in my new kilt - I don't have a tripod with me. But if anyone is interested, it can be seen here.
