Wow, a lot of this seems to be going around. Why is it some people join groups and believe the mission/cause of the group is secondary to their own personal ego trips? Sounds like this lady has a whopper of an ego trip happening.

I'd say if you still get something from the Clan Society, then step out of leadership and stay involved in the things you like. If all this has spoiled things for you then I'd say--Clan Societies aren't supposed to be a chore, filled with drama and a real pain in the neck--run! Go off and do the things that make you feel good--yep-life is just too da**ed short.

Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.

Everything happens for a reason, why fight what is inevitable... I know the advice, everyone is saying, for you to move on, is good advice.... But you obviously know that... It's good you can reenforce your descisions, by asking your friends advice, and getting exactly what you need... As long as you live your life, with your head held high, you should never regret the choices you make.. If something is amiss, because of another... Allow them to make their mistakes, after you repeatedly tried to correct things..you are making a wise choice and I know you will be happier where you are appreciated. Good luck!
