The news of your mum's passing has come as a terrible shock to me. The times that she joined us on our walks into the countryside I regard as very pleasant occasions, and I will remember them always. She was one of life's truly wonderful people. My deepest condolences to you.

I am truly sorry about your Mum's passing. I never had the pleasure to meet her but very much have enjoyed the pics with her and all the rest of you on your treks to hither and thither. She must have been a very strong woman to accompany all of you on those "...we hiked 10 miles and found this wonderful pub.... journeys. I'm rather sore when I hike 2 miles to a local pub and then take the bus home.
