Dee, I am so, so sorry to hear this. The passing of a pet is always so much more heartbreaking when you cannot be with them to say goodbye.

I'll keep you and Beau in my thoughts.

I too would like to extend my sympathies to you for the loss of your beloved pet. They become such a part of our lives they no longer are just animals, but a member of the family. Their passing leaves such a big hole in our hearts it is hard to realize they truly are gone. Take a deep breath, honor their memory and let go. One day the hurt will be gone. Again, thoughts and prayers are with you.

I offer my sincere condolences Dee. The loss of a pet is always a sad time, particularly so in such circumstances. No Need to feel guilty, Beau is at rest now, an elderly cat would have had a limited life expectancy and not necessarily a good quality of life.

I'm so sorry, Dee - it seems that no matter how long they are with us, it is never long enough.

Let me add my own condolences and prayers for you, Dee. Having lost 4 animals in the past year and a half, I do know what you are feeling. Sometimes in the quiet of night, I hear a quiet "meow" even now.
