I am not a big fan of rabbit fur. However, I do have an arctic fox I could use instead.
I guess I should have made my point a little more clear! I was referring more to the colors than the specific fur type. White and black both look really good with the tartan.

You are right! Sorry, I should have noticed that. I think the skunk would look perfect. What do you think?

Which horse hair sporran did order?

I went for the Skye's Roamer #2. I figure it would work well for both day wear and evening wear, although probably not for uber-formal events (not that I'd be going to anything formal).

But I'll post more on all that when I get the stuff in and can do a review with pics.

Just talked to the wife and my kilt arrived today! YA! I will have a full review this weekend. I think this will show that SHO is a great choice for custom PV kilts.

I would like to apologize for my enthusiastic support of my SHO kilt. It seems that to some I may have gone a little over the top. It was not my intention to offend anyone. I think I just got a little excited about my new kilt. I would just like to say that Josh from SHO had nothing to do with this. He NEVER asked me to make the posts I have. This was something I did on my own. I was never offered anything to do it. Again, I apologize. I will review the kilt this weekend and leave it at that.

That's an odd thing to apologize for. Everybody gets excited about a new kilt from a vendor they like. Are there really people out there that would be offended by this?!
