    1) Fav cut? Rib Eye.
Funny thing 'bout that, it seems my fav choices improved as I did. My hamburgers were fat and greasy, with onions and all the other stuff on 'em. Nowadays after going thru the Top sirloin, tenderloin and T-bone, I arrived at the Rib Eye. I've never actually eaten at that RIB EYE restaurant. Beef is my fifth favorite food after Lobster, trout, salmon, chicken, duck, BBQ BabyBack Spareribs, Eagle, Crawdads, Spotted owl, seal, venison, rattlesnake, and platypus!

    2) No marinade.

3)Sometime BBQ sauce if it done on the grill, sometimes a light sprinkle of A1 if broiled. Always MRr and with sauteed onions when available - Walla Walla sweets, of course.

4)Accompaniments? Hmmm? That's usually decided by the cook. Oh, that's me! um, asparagus, a huge pile of crispy fried potatoes, wine
I hope someone made horse dovrees, and an appetizer.
My dessert naturally, is either Apple pie a la mode or Lemon meringue!
Go, have fun, don't work at, make it fun! Kilt them, for they know not, what they wear. Where am I now?

Ribeye hands down is my favorite. I do a light rub of fresh pepper, kosher salt, onion powder, and a dash of chili powder. As far as sides a twice baked potato is good, or a lettuce salad, but for a good steak grilled over hardwood coals the best side is a couple of good biscuits to sop up the juices.

    RibEye

RibEye, medium rare, lots of salt and pepper, on a blazingly hot cast iron frying pan with no oil. Salad and brown rice on the side.
This is not only great tasting, it is dietetic to boot!
