Uh, the earthworm status part wasn't from anything that I posted in your thread or anywhere. I just read something someone wrote out there, and I felt... low class at my best. I should have made a different post to say that.

I guess I feel a little better now. There's some strange things going on out there in the real forum...
Um, I finally got that long boring thing I wrote on cacti to post in my gardening thread, String. I know you all just couldn't wait to read that. It was a spanish word that was causing all the problems, so I removed the letter that was causing the problem and replaced it with "o'" and it posted just fine.
BTW, I can get a little bit better braid going in my hair now. It's deffinatly gotten longer.

Guess I should stay in here. I don't think they liked my reference to Peter Pan in the thread about wanting to be older or to be younger... Um, it made sense to me. Well, back to the weirdo world, and I so wanted to ask how to hide the string that you pull to make the bow tie spin in that formal white tie thread...

Ya, I'll get back in here. I tried to go smooth over the Peter Pan comment. I said, "I'm Peter Pan! Or is it Peter Cottentail...?" And someone told me I had better come down before I crash. He could have very well been joking around with me, but "crash" could be taken in a wrong way by others.
Well, here we are, this is the last thread. Guess we're hanging on by a straw.

I've done a little better today. They were talking about wearing a picklehaube, German spiked helmet, while riding a motercycle in the white tie thread. I almost posted that I thought of Limmy from Moterhead when I read that, and that tperuges, leather Roman skirt armor, would probably go best with the picklehaube while riding a hog... I let it go though.
I would also have asked what color the propeller should be on the tartan beanie at a white tie event... I don't belong there, and I don't think I will read that and a bunch of other threads anymore. There were three other posts that I didn't post too, so that is progress.
I did post that my mother would not be having the Irish/Scottish party this year because my step father went through AA and stopped drinking last summer. I didn't say that it was also because they don't feel like cleaning their house. That was the reason they didn't have it last year... I would have worn my Half Lamont to that. Other people have worn kilts in the past, as well as, the piper they usually have play. I would have fit right in.
I posted in the static electricity kilt pin thread too.. Ho hum.

I've been thinking about this thread a bit today. It's reached a point of becoming a little lounge area off the wild dance floor out there. Kind of quiet... nice, big, fluffy armchairs... Shag carpeting. I thought there were Christmas lights over there on the wall by the fake fireplace, but it's just the lights from out in the forum hitting the wall. Has a nice glimmering effect... Guess I can come here, sit down in the fluffy chair, and talk a little about the things I've seen going on out there in the real forum. The silly things I didn't post. Nothing bad, just silly stuff.
I went back and removed a couple of comments and questions I posted in a thread on formal dress. There is a lot of useful information in the thread, but I just don't belong there. I put a link to it and other threads in one of my threads so I can easily find it in the future.

It was an interesting day... I felt better after I removed myself from that thread. I was planning to let my gardening thread rest, and even sleep if no one posted anymore, but then I realized that I needed to post about a project that I had just finnished and had talked about in the thread... It doesn't seem to feel strange to go post there all of a sudden, even if no one is posting in that thread. It keeps me off the streets out there in the forum. Although, I did make some ha ha posts today. Guess this is the hair brained thread.
Ah, that's better, I went and found a thread on casual jackets. I was able to post a batch of links on jacket conversions that I've been storing in my own jacket conversion thread... I feel that I've done my good deed for the day. Yep, I'm a casual dresser, and I also pointed out that I doubt I will ever go to a black tie event, so nobody has to worry that they might see me.

Careful Ted, remember to lock the door behind you.
If you make it sound too nice & cozy then everyone will want to come and crash your party,
and this lounge area of yours will become a great big, noisy rat trap!

Oddly enough, there isn't a door to this thread... It's mor like a blurry swerling orafice in un-time and lack-of-space... I do worry that there have been threads locked down because of a single post. I don't want that to happen. Ever so often a batch of people come walking or running through. It really is a strange place.
