Kilty - the left side of your kilt is noticably lower, with the whole right side of the kilt pushed outwards - that could be the whole problem.
The set which is in the centre of the waistband, by the time it reached the selvage is verring towards your right knee, so try hoisting the left side to bring that set back into the vertical.

If you look at the photos you will see a pucker in the apron just below the Hip line.
You didn't show the right side of the Kilt but for a starter unfasten the lower strap and see if that helps. If it does you may wish to think about removing it altogether or re-positioning the buckle more towards the apron.
I would echo this post...my gut feeling is that it's just too tight 'round the hips. I won't comment on the idea of removing the lower buckle altogether, except to say that many of my own kilts are build that way....two buckles instead of three.

I'm wearing mine at the loosest notch possible until I find the time to sit down and remove the third buckle.

Thanks Anne!
I had not noticed that. I tried it on and made sure it was "straight" this time, loosened the 2nd buckle and 90% of the problem went away!!
I am one happy "kilter".
